Ditactic polymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003350
A polymer chain possessing two stereochemically distinct sites within each repeating monomer unit, leading to two points of tacticity. This results in a more complex stereochemical arrangement along the polymer backbone compared to monotactic polymers. The specific arrangement of these stereocenters influences the polymer's physical properties.
