Dynamically fragile community
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003511
An ecological community that exhibits a high sensitivity to disturbances, leading to rapid and substantial changes in its structure or function. Such communities possess limited resilience and resistance, making them susceptible to collapse or irreversible alteration when faced with environmental stressors. Their recovery after perturbation is often slow or incomplete.
