Evoked potential

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004136

An electrical potential recorded from the nervous system, typically the brain or spinal cord, in response to a specific sensory, motor, or cognitive stimulus. These potentials are measured using electroencephalography (EEG) or electromyography (EMG) techniques. Evoked potentials provide insights into the integrity and function of neural pathways.
