Fast coagulation rate

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004350

A rapid rate at which dispersed particles in a colloidal system aggregate to form larger clusters, leading to phase separation. This process occurs when the repulsive forces between particles are overcome, allowing attractive forces to dominate. The rate is often measured by monitoring changes in turbidity or particle size distribution over time.
