Flow injection
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004497
An analytical technique where a precisely measured volume of sample is injected into a continuously flowing, unsegmented carrier stream. The injected sample forms a zone that disperses and mixes with reagents as it travels through a reaction coil to a detector. This method offers rapid analysis, minimal reagent consumption, and high reproducibility.
