Gravitational constant
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005016
A fundamental physical constant that quantifies the strength of the gravitational force between two objects. It appears in Newton's law of universal gravitation, relating the force to the product of the masses and the inverse square of their separation. Its value is approximately 6.674 × 10^-11 N⋅m^2/kg^2.
