HCCH-COSY

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-013147

A three-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiment designed to correlate the chemical shifts of protons and carbons within a molecule, particularly for aliphatic regions of proteins. This technique establishes correlations between directly bonded carbons and their attached protons, as well as between vicinal protons. It is often employed for assigning side-chain resonances in protein NMR spectroscopy.
