HCCH-TOCSY

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-013148

A three-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiment that provides through-bond correlations between protons and carbons within an entire spin system. It is used to assign aliphatic side-chain resonances in proteins by correlating all protons and carbons within a given amino acid residue. This technique is an extension of the two-dimensional TOCSY experiment.
