  "definition": "A two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiment that establishes correlations between all protons within a coupled spin system, not just those directly connected by a bond. The resulting spectrum, called a TOCSY spectrum, displays cross-peaks connecting every spin to every other spin in the same network. This technique is particularly powerful for identifying all the protons belonging to a specific amino acid residue within a protein's NMR spectrum.",
