Double-quantum filtered correlation spectroscopy

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003416

A nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique that selectively detects signals arising from coupled spin systems that have undergone a double-quantum coherence transfer. This method suppresses signals from uncoupled spins and single-quantum coherences, simplifying complex spectra. It is particularly effective for identifying coupled protons in organic molecules.
