Heteronuclear multiple-quantum correlation NMR
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005260
A two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiment that correlates the chemical shifts of two different types of nuclei that are directly bonded. This technique is highly sensitive and provides information about one-bond connectivity. It is widely used for assigning proton and carbon-13 signals in organic molecules.
