Heteronuclear single quantum correlation with additional TOCSY transfer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005265
A nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiment that combines heteronuclear single quantum correlation (HSQC) with total correlation spectroscopy (TOCSY) transfer. This technique correlates a proton to its directly attached heteronucleus, and then further transfers magnetization through a spin system to other coupled protons. It provides information about both direct heteronuclear connectivity and proton spin system networks within a molecule.
