Heteronuclear shift correlation NMR

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005263

A two-dimensional NMR experiment in which the heteronucleus, typically carbon-13, is observed directly and its chemical shift is correlated with that of the proton attached through a single bond, as in the classical HETCOR experiment. It differs from inverse-detected experiments such as HSQC, which record the proton signal and give higher sensitivity.
