Three-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012023
A nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique that correlates three different spectroscopic parameters, typically chemical shifts, to provide highly resolved structural information about molecules. This method involves applying a sequence of radiofrequency pulses and delays to generate a three-dimensional data set. It is particularly applied for determining the structures of complex biomolecules like proteins and nucleic acids.
