H(CCO)NH
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005131
A three-dimensional triple-resonance NMR experiment for 13C,15N-labelled proteins that correlates the aliphatic side-chain proton shifts of residue i-1 with the 15N and amide 1H shifts of residue i. Magnetization starts on side-chain protons, spreads along the carbon chain by isotropic 13C mixing, passes through the carbonyl carbon to the amide nitrogen, and is detected on the amide proton. It is recorded in H2O because amide protons are detected.
