High-content screening assay

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005288

A method that uses automated microscopy and image analysis to extract multiple quantitative measurements from individual cells or subcellular components within a population. This approach allows for the simultaneous assessment of numerous cellular parameters in response to chemical or genetic perturbations. It is often performed in multi-well plate formats for high-throughput analysis.
