Kinetic assay
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006347
An analytical method that measures the rate of change of a reaction component over time, rather than the concentration at a single endpoint. This approach provides information about reaction velocity and enzyme activity. The rate of change is typically monitored continuously or at multiple time points during the reaction.
