End-point assay
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003909
A type of biochemical assay where the measurement of a specific parameter is taken only once, after the reaction or process has reached completion or a predetermined time point. This method provides a single snapshot of the final state of the system. It contrasts with kinetic assays, which involve continuous measurements over time.
