Hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome

A rare primary immunodeficiency disorder characterized by extremely high levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE) in the blood, recurrent skin abscesses, and respiratory infections. This syndrome, also known as Job's syndrome, involves defects in the immune system's ability to fight certain pathogens. It is often associated with skeletal and dental abnormalities.
