Hyporeflexia

A neurological sign indicating diminished or absent reflexes in response to a stimulus. This condition suggests a problem within the nervous system, potentially affecting the sensory neurons, motor neurons, or the neuromuscular junction. It is assessed during a neurological examination by testing deep tendon reflexes using a reflex hammer.
