Hyperreflexia

A medical sign characterized by exaggerated or overresponsive reflexes, indicating an underlying neurological condition. This heightened reflex activity occurs when the nervous system's inhibitory control over reflexes is diminished. It is often observed in conditions affecting the upper motor neurons, such as spinal cord injury.
