Inductively-coupled plasma spectrometry
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-005804
An analytical technique that uses an inductively-coupled plasma (ICP) as a high-temperature excitation source for atomic emission or mass spectrometry. The plasma atomizes and ionizes the sample, allowing for the detection and quantification of elements. This method offers high sensitivity and a wide dynamic range for multi-element analysis.
