Insomnia

A sleep disorder characterized by difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or experiencing non-restorative sleep, despite having adequate opportunity for sleep. This condition can lead to daytime fatigue, impaired concentration, and mood disturbances. Insomnia can be acute, lasting for a few days or weeks, or chronic, persisting for a month or longer.
