  "definition": "A neuropsychological syndrome associated with long-term occupational exposure to organic solvents such as those in paints, glues and degreasers, marked by memory loss, poor attention and executive function, fatigue, and mood changes such as depression and irritability. The 1985 WHO and Nordic classification grades it from type 1, a reversible symptom complex, through types 2A and 2B, a sustained mood or personality disorder and an intellectual impairment, to type 3, dementia.",
