Kinetic-chain length
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-006360
The average number of monomer units that react with a single initiating radical during a chain polymerization process. This value reflects the ratio of the rate of propagation to the sum of the rates of all termination reactions. It is a theoretical quantity that can differ from the actual degree of polymerization.
