Macrocephaly

A condition characterized by an abnormally large head circumference for an individual's age and sex. It can be a congenital anomaly or develop postnatally due to underlying medical conditions such as hydrocephalus or brain tumors. Head circumference measurements are compared against standardized growth charts to diagnose this condition.
