Minimum lethal concentration
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007398
The smallest concentration in water, air or soil that kills even one exposed test organism under stated conditions, also called the lowest lethal concentration found and recorded in toxicity databases as LCLo. It marks the onset of lethality and therefore lies below the LC50, the concentration that kills half of a test population.
