Monomer reactivity scale
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-007555
A quantitative system used to predict the relative reactivity of different monomers in copolymerization reactions. These scales assign numerical values to monomers based on their electronic and steric properties, allowing for the estimation of monomer reactivity ratios. The Q-e scheme is a well-known example of such a scale.
