Binary copolymerisation
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-001222
A polymerization process involving two different types of monomers that react to form a copolymer. The relative reactivity of the two monomers dictates the composition and sequence distribution of the monomer units along the polymer chain. This process is characterized by two reactivity ratios, r1 and r2.
