Photoradiation catalysis
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-008915
A catalytic process that is initiated or enhanced by the combined action of both light (photons) and ionizing radiation. This synergistic approach can lead to higher reaction rates or different product selectivities compared to using either light or radiation alone. Such processes are often studied in environmental remediation or synthetic chemistry.
