Response time

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010270

The time required for an analytical system or sensor to reach a specified percentage of its final steady-state output after a sudden change in the input concentration or stimulus. It indicates how quickly a measurement device can react to changes in the analyte. This is often defined as the time to reach 90% or 95% of the final signal.
