Schedule of reinforcement

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-013526

A rule that determines when and how often a reinforcer is delivered in response to a specific behavior. This schedule influences the rate, pattern, and persistence of the behavior. Common schedules include fixed ratio, variable ratio, fixed interval, and variable interval, each producing distinct behavioral responses.
