Selective sample

A sample chosen deliberately from a larger population based on specific criteria or characteristics, rather than by random selection. This type of sampling is used when the goal is to investigate particular features or known variations within the population. Selective samples are often employed in forensic analysis or quality control to target specific areas of concern.
