Stability half life
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-011261
The time required for the concentration of a substance to decrease to half of its initial value under specified conditions, due to degradation or transformation. This parameter is a measure of the chemical stability of a compound. It is often used in toxicology and environmental science to assess the persistence of chemicals.
