Stratocumulus cloud

A low-level cloud formation characterized by large, rounded masses or rolls that are grouped together in a layer, with clear sky visible between individual elements. These clouds are typically gray or whitish and can produce light precipitation. They form at altitudes below 2,000 meters (6,500 feet).
