Tension headache

A type of headache characterized by a constant, non-pulsating ache or pressure on both sides of the head, often described as a tight band-like sensation around the forehead, temples, or back of the head and neck. It is the most common form of primary headache, and unlike migraines, it is not associated with nausea or vomiting. Episodes are classified as infrequent, frequent, or chronic based on their occurrence for fewer than one, 1 to 14, or 15 or more days per month, respectively.
