Trigger values

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012286

Predetermined numerical thresholds or criteria that, when exceeded, initiate a specific action, investigation, or regulatory response. In ecotoxicology, these values indicate a potential environmental risk that warrants further assessment or intervention. They are often derived from toxicity data and exposure models to protect ecological receptors.
