Alternator

An electrical generator that converts mechanical energy into alternating current electrical energy. It operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction, where a rotating magnetic field induces current in stationary coils. Alternators are widely used in automobiles to charge the battery and power the electrical system while the engine is running.
