MOSFET
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-003763
A type of field-effect transistor that uses a metal-oxide-semiconductor structure to control the conductivity of a channel between source and drain terminals. It is the most common transistor in digital and analog circuits, acting as a switch or amplifier. MOSFETs are widely used in microprocessors and memory chips.
