Phaneritic

Describing the texture of an igneous rock where the constituent mineral grains are sufficiently large to be distinguished individually without magnification. This texture results from slow crystallization of magma, allowing crystals to grow to a visible size. Rocks with phaneritic texture are typically intrusive, such as gabbro or diorite.
