Turbojet

A type of airbreathing jet engine that produces thrust by expelling a high-velocity jet of exhaust gas. Air is drawn into a compressor, mixed with fuel, ignited in a combustor, and then expanded through a turbine before exiting the nozzle. This engine design is often used in military aircraft due to its high speed capabilities.
