Nonsuit

A judgment entered by a court when a plaintiff fails to present sufficient evidence to support their claim, or when the plaintiff voluntarily withdraws their case. This legal action effectively dismisses the lawsuit without a decision on the merits of the case. A nonsuit can be voluntary, initiated by the plaintiff, or involuntary, ordered by the court.
