Wilful killing

The intentional act of causing the death of another person, carried out with premeditation or malice aforethought. This offense is a grave breach of international humanitarian law, particularly in armed conflicts. It is prohibited under the Geneva Conventions and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
