Abrasive jetting

A well intervention technique that uses a high-velocity stream of fluid mixed with abrasive particles to cut, clean, or perforate downhole tubulars or formations. This method is effective for removing scale, cement, or damaged casing, and for creating new perforations. The abrasive material is typically sand or other hard grains.
