Array propagation resistivity

Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-000184

A measurement technique that uses multiple transmitter-receiver antennas to determine formation resistivity by analyzing the phase shift and attenuation of electromagnetic waves. This method is particularly effective in highly resistive or oil-based mud environments where conventional induction tools may be less accurate. It provides multiple depths of investigation, aiding in the evaluation of hydrocarbon saturation and invasion profiles.
