Ball launcher

A piece of surface equipment designed to inject spherical balls into a wellbore under pressure, often during hydraulic fracturing or cementing operations. It provides a controlled method for introducing the balls into the fluid stream. The balls are used to seal off perforations or activate stages in a multi-stage completion.
