Bubble flow

A multiphase flow regime in a vertical or inclined pipe where gas is dispersed as discrete bubbles within a continuous liquid phase. This regime typically occurs at low gas flow rates and high liquid flow rates. The bubbles tend to rise faster than the liquid, leading to slip between the phases.
