Depth matched

Describing two or more well logs or data sets that have been adjusted so that corresponding features align at the same measured depth. This process corrects for discrepancies caused by cable stretch, tool sticking, or different logging speeds. Accurate depth matching is performed before quantitative analysis of log data.
