Horizontal separator

A cylindrical vessel oriented horizontally, used to separate oil, gas, and water from a produced fluid stream. Its elongated shape provides a large interface area and sufficient residence time for efficient gravity separation. Horizontal separators are commonly used for high-volume fluid streams due to their large liquid capacity.
