Layered reservoir testing

Well testing techniques applied to reservoirs composed of multiple distinct layers with varying properties. These tests aim to identify the individual characteristics of each layer, such as permeability and skin factor, and their degree of communication. Production logging tools are often used to measure flow contributions from different layers.
